Event Details

Government Inspected: Every elk that is processed and sold in Alberta is inspected by the Alberta Government for quality of carcass. Due to this process the public receives the safest food possible.

Processing & Quality: With our processed product we take the utmost care to ensure our food is free of MSG, dairy and grain byproducts. In order to maintain a low fat processed product, only a minimal amount of front shoulder inspected pork is used.

Aged to Perfection: Our butcher hangs the carcasses until the meat has reached the optimized tenderness. Then it is processed into steaks & roasts. At this point it is vacuum sealed and quick frozen to guarantee product freshness.
