With our easy-to-follow map you can have a wonderful day in a dozen unique rural family-friendly experiences - all just minutes away. You can kiss warm and fuzzy baby (cria) alpacas, watch the World Basset Races!, go treasure-hunting, do tea tasting, heal your body and soul, partake in children's games, take a farm tour, wander historic and beautiful gardens, walk back in time, book a hayride, "guess the gadget", getyour family photo taken in a rustic setting, enter a draw, shop in an artist's studio and several one-of-a-kind country stores, event eat a flower!
You are in the driver's sear - you choose where to go and which route to take. It's your time to "rendezvous in the countryside. Great refreshments available in many locations. Here you are truly "outside the city" in the great Alberta countryside! Imagine cruising the rolling roads and lanes north and south of "Carvel Corner" (Jct highways 43 & 16), seeing the sites, taking part in fun activities, visiting interesting studios and displays in barns and historic buildings, interacting with creatures, having great local food and breathing fresh air.
